by Rod Chaplin
Independent Adviser to the HA

This Virtual Seminar is based on the evening meeting organised by
The Bedford Civil Engineering Society
www.BedfordCES.co.uk
held at ARA Social Club, Bedford, on 7th March 2007.

The talk was presented by Rod Chaplin, an independent sub-consultant for the Highways Agency.
Rod gave details of the new TD 19/06 being introduced by the Highways Agency, which includes a software design tool for road restraint systems, and transfers most of the decision making to the designer.
